{"id":9588,"date":"2025-01-02T02:13:53","date_gmt":"2025-01-02T02:13:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cryptoopia.com\/economy\/9588.html"},"modified":"2025-01-02T02:13:53","modified_gmt":"2025-01-02T02:13:53","slug":"china-december-new-home-prices-rise-a-touch-faster-survey-shows","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cryptoopia.com\/economy\/9588.html","title":{"rendered":"China December new home prices rise a touch faster, survey shows"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BEIJING (Reuters) &#8211; Prices of new homes in China rose at a slightly faster pace in December, a private survey showed on Wednesday, as the crisis-hit property sector struggles to find a bottom on the heels of a slew of supportive government policies.<\/p>\n<p>The average price of new homes across 100 cities edged up 0.37% from a month earlier, compared with the 0.36% rise in November, according to data from property researcher China Index Academy.<\/p>\n<p>On a year-on-year basis, the average price rose 2.68% in December, versus 2.40% growth in the previous month.<\/p>\n<p>Official data for home prices will be released by China&#8217;s statistics bureau on Jan. 17.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i-invdn-com.investing.com\/trkd-images\/LYNXMPEL000GO_L.jpg\" title=\"\u00a9 Reuters.
